Ryan Reynolds "Wishes" Blake Lively A Happy BDay

The couple that teases each other stays together, right? At least that seems to be the case with Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, whose cute couple moments are legion.

The latest one: today is Blake's 30th birthday, and so Ryan naturally shouted her out on his Instagram. Err, kind of - his caption may say, "Happy Birthday to my amazing wife," but his photo tells a different story:

The birthday girl herself hasn't posted anything on her Instagram, but since Ryan helpfully tagged her in his birthday pic, she's sure to catch it (and honestly, was probably there when he posted the pic).

These two clearly know how to throw a good birthday bash, with Blake throwing what looked like an amazing party for Ryan's birthday last year:

And it's super likely than Ryan will return the favor - with a healthy dose of humor.
