After nearly ripping Stephanie McMahon’s arm off last week on Raw, Rowdy Ronda Rousey needed a new nemesis, and Sonya Deville gladly threw her hat — er, body — into the ring. But the only reason this came about was that Rousey had made a new friend in Natalya, whom she had earlier welcomed to Raw.
Natalya had just beaten Mandy Rose, and Rose’s Absolution teammate Deville was not happy about it. She took it upon herself to take down Natalya from behind and keep the fight going. It wasn’t long before Rousey made her way to the ring, scowl and all, at which point Deville got out. But having a background in MMA herself, racking up a 2-1 record, Deville must have been feeling pretty confident: She jumped back in the ring and appeared to challenge Rousey to a fistfight. Needless to say, that was a mistake. Rousey threw several quick jabs before taking Deville to the mat.
