The custodial battle between Ricch and Kiser began in 2023 when the latter filed a petition to determine her son's parentage at the Superior Court of California, per the documents.

Then, the former couple participated in multiple negotiations and mediation with the Honorable Scott M. Gordon before reaching a complete settlement of all issues on November 2, 2023.

Per their agreement, Ricch and Kiser shall share physical and joint custody of their son. The "Die Young" rapper will have custody of Kadence every week, commencing on Tuesday at 11:00 am and continuing until Thursday at 11:00 am.

All custody exchanges must occur at Kiser's place as she has primary physical custody of their son, with Ricch's grandmother performing the custodial exchanges.

As stated, getting to spend time with his son came at an expensive cost, as Ricch was ordered to pay $8,000 monthly in child support.

The documents revealed these payments began on December 1, 2023, and would continue until further order from the Court or until the child clocked 18.

Both parents, Ricch and Kiser, have shown their commitment to their child's well-being. Kiser confirmed that past child support payments had been made promptly, and she was exempt from financial contributions due to her current lack of income.

Meanwhile, Ricch has taken on the responsibility of covering 100% of his son's medical bills, tuition, and other agreed-upon expenses.

As for the restrictions, the former couple were banned from using or making "any disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other parent in the presence or within the hearing of the minor child." This rule also extended to public social media posts.

Kiser, per the documents, confessed that the 2020 Dodge Charger vehicle she used was Ricch's separate property. Therefore, the Court ordered her to return the car and all its keys to the rapper no later than November 17, 2023.

However, the Court didn't leave Kiser stranded as it ordered Ricch to provide his ex with a car stipend of $1,000 monthly. He would continue to make these payments until September 1, 2024, and the money wouldn't be considered part of his child support fees.

The car stipend would only be paid if Kiser returned the Dodge Charger vehicle per the Court's order. Ricch's bills didn't end there, as he had to cover his ex's $37,500 attorney fees. She incurred the bill from November 6, 2023, to February 1, 2024.

As stated, the custody battle between Ricch and Kiser began last year, with The Blast covering the latter's scathing allegations against the father of her son. In her petition for primary custody, she bashed her ex as an absentee father.

"Since his birth, I alone spend 98% of the time with him while Rodrick lives his life without any regard to his parental obligation or responsibility to spend time with Kadence," Kiser alleged, adding:

"Rodrick misses important holidays with him, including this past holiday season. Instead, he took friends to Dubai and the Maldives on a pleasure trip."

"I was hurt to find out on Christmas Eve when he came back from his trip that he hadn't gotten or planned anything for our son for Christmas," Kiser lamented, claiming he also retaliated against her complaints.

According to Kiser's narrative, Ricch eventually moved into the same compound he leased the house she lived in with her son. However, he did so without her knowledge and had a welcome party without his whole family excluding her and their son.

Unfortunately, calling him out for the alleged mistreatment earned her and their son an eviction notice.

"He now asks if I could move out by this May or if he'll give me a 6-month extension to move after I expressed to him that I felt uncomfortable about the way he moved into our gated community," Kiser claimed.

The retaliations didn't end there, as Kiser claimed Ricch began giving her "minimal and inconsistent support," telling her to move out at her own expense. He allegedly also wanted her to pay for the vehicle he gifted her in June 2020.
