The ‘Shark Tank’ star is officially letting go of his lavish abode on New York City’s famous Billionaire’s Row

The Shark Tank investor, 61, has officially put his luxurious abode on the market after deciding to make a more permanent move to the West Coast with his wife Kym Johnson and their 5-year-old twins Hudson and Haven.
In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Herjavec says, “I love the place in N.Y.C. — it makes me smile every time we are there, but we are making a more permanent move to the West Coast so not sure we will get to use it much.”
The property is located on New York City’s famous Billionaire’s Row in the skyscraping One57 building. The 6,240-square-foot penthouse features four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and unobstructed views of Central Park and the city skyline.
Jorge Lopez of Compass currently holds the listing.

Lopez tells PEOPLE, “The moment Robert walked in, he was enchanted by the expansive and inspiring views, and as we toured the property, the impressive finishes further enhanced his experience.”
He adds, “By the time we finished the tour it was evident this was the perfect New York penthouse for him.”

Once inside the impressive building, residents will take a key-locked elevator up to the sprawling penthouse and step into the grand foyer spanning 26 feet.
Herringbone wood floors and Venetian plaster ceilings lead the way into the open-concept living room and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows boast 360-degree views of Upper and Lower Manhattan, the East and Hudson Rivers and Central Park.

In the kitchen, the center island features a built-in sink and waterfall countertops made out of black stone. The custom lacquered cabinetry adds a sleek touch to the space.
