Report: Gallus Was Discussed For WWE Call-Up, Update On Potential Move To Main Roster

Gallus was being considered for a move to the main roster, according to a new report.

Gallus (Mark Coffey, Joe Coffey, and Wolfgang) has had a prominent run in NXT. Mark Coffey and Wolfgang have held the NXT UK and NXT Tag Team Championship. Mark Coffey is also a former NXT Heritage Cup Champion. The group had been absent from NXT TV since February. However, they returned on the May 14 episode of NXT.

Corey Brennan of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that Gallus was “heavily discussed” for a move to the main roster in the WWE Draft. Officials were said to be high on them. Brennan cited sources who noted that they are still expected to get called up to the main roster in the coming months.

Mark Coffey, Joe Coffey, and Wolfgang were among the wrestlers who helped The Rock train ahead of his return to the ring at WWE WrestleMania 40.
