Report: Drew McIntyre’s New WWE Contract Is For Three Years, Update On His Injury

The length of Drew McIntyre‘s contract has been confirmed, according to a new report.

On April 26, The Rock announced that Drew McIntyre had signed a new contract with WWE, as his deal was coming up soon. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful and Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that it was a multi-year deal. Johnson also wrote that McIntyre was not expected back on TV immediately due to his injury. As previously noted, he has been dealing with a hyperextended elbow.

In the Daily Update, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com wrote that Drew McIntyre’s contract had been confirmed as a three-year deal. Meltzer noted that McIntyre will be off of house shows due to his hyperextended elbow, but he will still be working television tapings.
