Bündchen was recently spotted in tears after she was pulled over by a cop while driving in Surfside, Florida. At the time, speculation arose that she was emotional about receiving a ticket, but it's now being clarified that she was actually stressed over being hounded by paparazzi.

Bündchen made the headlines earlier in the week after she was filmed getting emotional during a traffic stop.

At the time, there were no details as to what might have spurred such a reaction from the model, making many assume that it was because the officer involved in the traffic stop issued her a citation.

However, the emergence of a police camera video covering the incident has clarified what led to Bündchen's teary-eyed reaction.

In the clip obtained by TMZ, the mother-of-two can be heard explaining that she was trying to avoid a paparazzi, which is why she dove erratically, unintentionally causing a traffic stop.

She also tried to point out the paparazzi, telling the cop, "He's, like, st--king me ... There's more. Look at that guy."

When the officer told the supermodel that he would still issue her a ticket regardless, Bündchen became teary-eyed and vented about the emotional toll being followed by random paparazzi had caused her.

She continued, "I'm so tired. Everywhere I go I have these f---ing guys after me. Nothing protects me. I can't do nothing. I just want to live my life."

The Supermodel Recently Teared Up While Discussing Her Divorce From Tom Brady

Last month, Bündchen teared up while addressing rumors that her ex-husband's football career was the factor that led to the demise of their marriage.

The model was married to NFL legend Tom Brady, with whom she shares son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11. Their divorce was finalized in October 2022 following a very public split, with the duo saying that the separation was amicable and that they would continue co-parenting their children.

According to the model, she was hurt by the rumors, calling the claims "the craziest thing" she had ever heard.

"If there's one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it's him, believe me," she added. "I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true. That's what I want, really, from the bottom of my heart."

That same month, she also explained how her co-parenting journey with Brady has been faring, revealing that it has been a mixture of ups and downs.

"I think there are easier days than others, but I think it's amazing that the kids… they're super smart children. They know what they can get away with," Bündchen remarked, per People magazine.

She mentioned that their kids, including Brady's son Jack with his ex Bridget Moynahan, have been adapting and that she hopes they all find a "balance."

"Tom has to have time with them, and I have time with them, which I think is amazing because they get to really experience more enrichment for their lives," the 43-year-old said. "Two different worlds and they get to learn from two different worlds and that's wonderful for them I think. They're so big."

Since splitting from Brady, Bündchen has seemingly moved on with the family's jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente.

According to a source, the duo has been seeing each other since last June but are keeping their relationship low due to the model's preference for privacy.

The insider said, "They're taking it slow. They started out as great friends first. She's very private about this and wanted to keep it quiet while they got to know each other."

Another source confirmed the claim, adding that Valente helped Bündchen navigate the emotional toll her divorce took on her.

"He was a huge comfort for Gisele while she went through her divorce. Their friendship turned romantic after the divorce," the source said.

Gisele Bündchen Denies Cheating On Tom Brady

The former Victoria's Secret Angel denied having an affair with Valente before her marriage ended with Brady in October 2022. In an interview with The New York Times, Bündchen seemingly put the cheating allegations to rest, calling them "lies."

"That's a lie," she replied when asked about the rumors. "This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful."

"They have to deal with their communities. They have to deal with their family," she continued. "Of course, for me, it just happens to be a little bit amplified."

The supermodel noted that "no one really knows what happens between two people, only the two people in the relationship."
