Ok 'Bluey,' stop toying with our emotions. Just weeks after producers dropped what we all thought was the season finale came a surprise episode. Now it turns out, more new Bluey is coming sooner than we think—this summer!

Disney has announced a series of so-called 'minisodes' coming to Disney+ and Disney Jr.. Here's what we know so far.

When Will the 'Bluey' Minisodes Be Released?

The minisodes will premiere on Disney+ beginning in July. There will be 20 of them. But be forewarned, when they say "minisodes" they really mean mini. Instead of the standard seven minutes, these shorts will be between one and three minutes.

The creator of Bluey, Joe Brumm, personally wrote the episodes, which were produced by Ludo Studio. As described in the press release, "The 'Bluey Minisodes' highlight funny and sweet moments featuring Bluey and Bingo, leaning into playful interactions and games that further explore the characters and world of Bluey."

'The Sign' and 'Surprise' Left Fans Wanting More

Just a little while ago, we were all wondering whether the beloved children's series was coming to an end after the super-sized 28-minute episode of Bluey called 'The Sign.' Then one week later, producers very sneakily announced another standard-length episode aptly named 'Surprise.'

Those two combined left Bluey fans wanting even more. 'The Sign' was about Bluey dealing with a potentially huge change in her life as Bandit and Chilli put their house up for sale. The Heelers eventually stayed put, much to the relief of fans.

"The Sign" is the most-viewed Bluey and Disney Jr. ever with 10.4 million views, according to Nielsen Streaming Content Ratings.

Then came 'Surprise' which left fans with a major cliffhanger at the end.

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD

The episode begins with Chilli talking with Bluey and Bingo about what it's like to have children. It's a moment so many parents could identify with. But the end is where they got you. There's a flash-forward where we see an older version of Chilli in their home. The doorbell rings and it's Bluey as an adult, and Bluey is now a parent herself!

Fan theories have been going wild with speculation about who the father of Bluey's child is. Some even speculating that it's Mackenzie, the black and white Border Collie who becomes good friends with Bluey after moving to Brisbane.

Fans got a little extra bit of Bluey when an episode never before seen in America started streaming on the Bluey YouTube channel. The episode called "Dad Baby" is from season two and focuses on childbirth.

It's not clear at this point if we will get any answers in these new minisodes about who may be the father of Bluey's child is, or where Bluey's adventures go next. But either way, they will give fans exactly what they want—more new Bluey!
