“The Real Housewives of Dubai” Season 2 Trailer Arrives with 'Desert-Hot Drama' and Shocking New Friendships

The follow-up season to Bravo's newest 'Real Housewives' franchise premieres Sunday, June 2 at 9 p.m. ET

The Real Housewives of Dubai season 2 trailer is finally here!

Two years after Bravo's eleventh installment into fan-favorite Real Housewives franchise first premiered, the network on Tuesday, April 11 dropped the trailer for the follow-up season, teasing "desert-hot drama" to come.

Chanel Ayan, Caroline Brooks, Sara Al Madani, Lesa Milan and Caroline Stanbury will all be back in front of the reality cameras again — this time joined by new Housewife Taleen Marie, who fills a spot vacated by founding Dubai Housewife Nina Ali. Saba Yussouf appears as a Friend.

"This year the women must balance new dynamics in the group, their demanding family lives and their ever-growing successful businesses," Bravo said in a release." When alliances shift, the ladies question their loyalty to each other as some friendships are left in the desert dust."

The trailer shows that, with Marie comparing the back-and-forth between the ladies to Squid Game.

Much of the tension seems to center on the sudden closeness of former foes Chanel and Stanbury, which leaves Lesa — Ayan's previous bestie — feeling like the third wheel.

"Ayan is jumping on the Stan-wagon," Milan says, boasting, "The only wagons I ride are G."

She brings that similar wordplay to a confrontation with Caroline in another scene. "A snake will always change their skin, but they'll always be a snake," Milan says, as Stanbury quickly notes, "I feel the same about you, darling."

This leaves Chanel turning her anger towards Lesa. "You're trying to come between me and Stanbury now, that's what you're doing," says Ayan. "My friendship with you is over."

Milan doesn't appear to be here for that. "This show is not worth it for me," she says, before Ayan storms off in tears.

Chanel Ayan

As she launches her new cosmetics line Ayan Beauty, Chanel Ayan sets aside her differences with former nemesis Caroline Stanbury and develops a new friendship. However, when the duo gets too close, Ayan ruffles feathers with her bestie, Lesa.

Caroline Brooks

Caroline Brooks is stretched thin as she manages her bustling spa, the Glass House, and struggles to maintain work-life balance. Brooks introduces her friend of over a decade, Taleen, to the group, but feels betrayed when Taleen develops her own relationships with Brooks’ frenemies. 

Sara Al Madani

Sara Al Madani tests the waters with a new love interest from Germany, but the long distance may prove to be too big of a challenge. Sara and Caroline Stanbury struggle to find common ground.

Taleen Marie

New to the group, Taleen Marie is introduced to the ladies through her longtime friend, Caroline Brooks. When she develops a surprising friendship with Caroline Stanbury, her loyalty to Caroline Brooks is called into question.  

Lesa Milan

Lesa Milan is feeling the stress at home and work as she balances her kids’ busy schedules and her maternity line, Mina Roe. As she leans on Ayan for support, she realizes their friendship might not be as strong as she thought.

Caroline Stanbury

With her dream home still under construction, Caroline Stanbury and husband Sergio realize the honeymoon is over as they’re forced to live in close quarters with their best friend, Michael. Tensions continue to mount as the couple must decide if they’re ready to have a child. 

The Real Housewives of Dubai season 2 premieres Sunday, June 2 (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo. Season 1 can be streamed in full on Peacock.
