According to the incident report from Roswell Police Department, the crash took place around 1 a.m. Monday. Police were able to identify a suspect from eye witness accounts and a license plate reader. The suspect's SUV was found abandoned with heavy front-end damage and several full beer bottles were found inside within reach of the driver's seat, including one that was empty.
