Kate Middleton and Prince William are “keen” to have the gossip behind them.

The Prince and Princess of Wales have been subject to endless conspiracy theories and rumors in recent weeks, about everything from Middleton’s health and well-being to her whereabouts.

According to King Charles’s former butler Grant Harrold, the pair are looking to shift their focus to their respective duties and returning to the royal fold officially.

“I think they’re keen to close the chapter on the gossip and the conspiracy theories and return the focus to the royals and their duties,” Harrold exclusively told The Post.

Over the weekend, the princess was seen looking “happy, healthy and relaxed” as she joined her husband Prince William for a quick visit to a farm shop in Windsor.

Video footage and images of the royal obtained by The Sun showed the mom of three looking well as she and William bought some fresh produce during the outing.

“She looks like she’s recovering well,” Harrold tells us. “It might ease the pressure a little bit for the royal family, but people are still going to want to see more of Kate.”

“The more they see her in public, the less they will worry about her — that’s going to take time as obviously she’s not expected to return to full duties until later this year,” he added.

However, Harrold noted that the outing could have been “purposefully arranged” by palace officials to silence the noise.

“It seems quite strange that all of a sudden she is out and about, so I’d have guessed this is some kind of exercise to stop the public worrying about Kate,” he added.

Elsewhere, a palace source told The Post that it’s not been easy for William, 41, or Middleton, 42, to continue on with their daily lives with the ongoing outside noise.

Insiders tell us that they hope Middleton’s latest sighting is enough to quell wild conspiracy theories about her health.

Middleton looked “positive and healthy,” an insider exclusively told The Post, adding that the sighting “should hopefully be enough to put an end to the outside noise about her recovery.”

She’s since returned to work, albeit from home, as she’s been focusing on an early years project to improve the lives of newborn babies.

The future queen has been very hands-on with the campaign for the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood’s (RFCEC) Shaping Us project, which has yielded “overwhelmingly positive” results of the study she kickstarted, the palace confirmed.

It’s been said that the campaign has been her “life’s work” during her recovery process.
