Summer dining deals continue to sizzle, starring such fare as tuna tartare, octopus carpaccio and filet mignon.

As August’s Palm Beaches Restaurant Month winds down by Wednesday, another monthlong restaurant promo kicks off Sept. 1.

Seven Palm Beach restaurants will feature specially priced menus as part of the annual county-wide Flavor Palm Beach, which runs Sept. 1-30.

Almond, Ambassador Grill, Café Boulud, La Goulue, Brandon’s at Tideline Ocean Resort, and Florie’s and Seaway at the Four Seasons will feature three-course menus starting at $25 for lunch and $45 for dinner.

“It’s nice to be part of a community of restaurants involved in the same program as we all offer specials,” Café Boulud general manager Lucian Puscasu told the Daily News. “This also captures the attention of local residents here during the summer, and we value them so much.”

In all, 50-plus eateries across the county, including three at Eau Palm Beach Resort in Manalapan, are participating in Flavor Palm Beach, nowin its 14th year.

Dining-out enthusiasts will be “blown away by this year’s restaurants and their menus,” said Flavor CEO Kerri Paizzi, a longtime area marketing professional who took over the promotion’s reins last year.

Some island restaurant participants are featuring three-course lunch menus or three-course dinner menus for Flavor, but Almond and Café Boulud are offering both.

Tacos, Vietnamese chicken salad with sweet chili sauce, hot-and-cold Brussels sprouts salad and a rice-and-avocado bowl are among selections on Almond’s $25 lunch menu.

Its three-course dinner menu ($45) offers such course choices as steamed mussels, banana leaf-steamed mahi mahi, roast chicken and a selection of ice creams and sorbets.

Look for tuna crudo, salad Nicoise, sweet-pea ravioli with hazelnut pesto, and warm chocolate cake among the choices on Café Boulud’s $49 three-course lunch menu.

The restaurant’s Flavor dinner menu ($67) offers steak tartare, bouillabaisse, roast duck breast and other selections inspired by the Boulud family of restaurants in the U.S. and abroad.

Ambassador Grill, Brandon’s, Florie’s and La Goulue are featuring three-course dinner menus for Flavor Palm Beach.

Seafood fritto misto, roasted-beet salad, sauteed branzino, steak frites and crème brulée are among selections on Ambassador Grill’s dinner menu ($55).

At Brandon’s, a $49 dinner menu is set to feature such choices as ceviche, Mandarin orange salad, roast chicken, an “Emperor” sushi roll and tiramisu.

Foie gras torchon, tuna tartare, lobster pasta and Dorade with baby fennel and sauce vierge are among selections on La Goulue’s Flavor dinner menu.

Florie’s dinner menu ($65) is fixed, with a set dish for each course: octopus carpaccio, Rohan duck leg with fennel couscous, and ricotta tart with caramelized pears and Verbena sorbet.

Seaway at the Four Seasons is offering a $25 three-course lunch menu that starts with green gazpacho, followed by crispy chicken sandwich and citrus-mascarpone cake.

Just south of Palm Beach in Manalapan, Flavor participants include Eau Palm Beach’s Polpo (dinner), Angle (dinner) and Breeze Ocean Kitchen (lunch).

Look for such selections as Faroe Island salmon, chicken Milanese and tagliolini cacio e pepe on Polpo’s $65 three-course menu.

Mahi mahi tacos and double beef-brisket burger are among entrée selections on the $50 three-course lunch menu at al fresco Breeze.

And Angle is offering a four-course menu ($95) with lobster bisque, filet mignon and snapper with squid-ink pappardelle among the selections.

In an effort to make information about participating Flavor restaurants as accessible as possible, the promotion’s organizers are launching a new mobile app debuting Sept. 1.
