Peter Krause saved his own life with the Heimlich Maneuver

Peter Krause, who plays a lifesaving firefighter on 9-1-1, visited The Talk and revealed a time when he himself was in danger while filming in New Mexico. He said: “This is an embarrassing story, but I’d just flown in from L.A. And I was very hungry. So I went to a quaint little dining establishment called Wendy’s.”

He explained that he was wolfing down a green chilli cheeseburger and ended up choking. The actor was forced to perform the Heimlich Maneuver on himself.
