Pedro Pascal Gushes Over First Major TV Role on 'Buffy'

The actor detailed his experience working with the one and only Sarah Michelle Gellar.
As the internet thirsts over Pedro Pascal and his Last of Us character, his former Buffy the Vampire Slayer co-star Sarah Michelle Gellar took to social media to join in on the fun and remind the actor of his roots.
While attending the Los Angeles premiere of The Mandalorian on Tuesday, the star, 47, became elated upon hearing that Gellar, 45, gave him a shout-out on Instagram and, most importantly, remembered working with him on the show.
"What I just found out—which I am very excited about, and I can't wait to get my phone back so that I can look it up myself—is that Sarah Michelle Gellar remembers me," he told Access Hollywood. "I remember every moment of shooting that episode, as brief as it was, she was such a kind scene partner and we had the best time."
The actor—who appeared in one episode as fellow freshman Eddie in Season 4 of the hit supernatural series—recalled his experience working on the show as the interviewer handed him a collection of photos from the episode featuring his younger self and Gellar.

"This is Eddie and the episode is 'The Freshman.' It's the season 4 premiere. It was a super big deal," he said. "I hang out with her for a little bit and, as soon as she says goodbye to me…" well, that goodbye ended any hopes of romance between the two characters as Eddie was turned into a vampire and–spoiler alert–killed off.
Following his first big TV role and before landing The Mandalorian project, Pascal made appearances in a variety of highly esteemed series, including Game of Thrones, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Nurse Jackie, The Good Wife, and many other titles.
