‘Outlander’: See Season 3 Photos
The stars of Outlander have said farewell to Scotland (watch the video here), and now it’s on to Season 3, which is based on Diana Gabaldon’s 1994 novel, Voyager. The events of that book shift the location from Scotland to the West Indies, with a grand adventure that involves some high-seas piracy. And Starz has now released two new images to help us survive the current Droughtlander. More on Season 3 from the network: “Book Three picks up right after Claire (Caitriona Balfe) travels through the stones to return to her life in 1948. Now pregnant with Jamie’s (Sam Heughan) child, she struggles with the fallout of her sudden reappearance and its effect on her marriage to her first husband, Frank (Tobias Menzies). Meanwhile, in the 18th century, Jamie suffers from the aftermath of his doomed last stand at the historic battle of Culloden, as well as the loss of Claire.”
Season 3 of Outlander premiered September 10, 2017 on Starz.
