Movies in the Park are back in Belmont

Movies in the park are back in Belmont starting this month.

As always, the events will take place at Stowe Park in Belmont, located at 24 S. Main St.

According to a post by Aurora Starlit Cinema and Downtown Belmont, the hosts of Movies in the Park, visitors can still enjoy music, retro arcade games, and concessions up to an hour before the movie starts, and this year they will also team up with Gravity Pizza CLT to offer pizza.

Here’s a list of the free spring and summer showings happening this year.

  • Space Jam at 8 p.m. on April 13

  • Grease at 8 p.m. on April 20

  • Shreck at 8:30 p.m. on May 11

  • Jumanji at 8:30 p.m. on May 25

  • Toy Story at 8:30 p.m. on June 1

  • Cool Runnings at 8:30 p.m. on June 22

  • Jurassic Park at 8:30 p.m. on June 29

  • The Mask at 8:30 p.m. on July 13

  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) at 8:30 p.m. on July 20

Dates for showings scheduled from August through December will be released later this year.
