Miss Texarkana Twin Rivers Hartley Spaulding is a proponent for women in agriculture
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Miss Texarkana Twin Rivers Hartley Spaulding is a competitor in the 2024 Miss Arkansas pageant.
Spaulding stopped by KARK 4 News to talk about the pageant and also women in agriculture.
In addition to competing in Miss Arkansas for the first time, Spaulding has had over 30 different kinds of animals as pets.
