Miss Cleocatra unmasked interview: Who was the Walk of Fame honoree on ‘The Masked Singer’? [WATCH]

The Group B semifinals took place on “The Masked Singer” Wednesday, April 24 on “Girl Group Night.” After singing their hearts out for panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Ken Jeong and Rita Ora, the bottom two acts were Miss Cleocatra and Seal, the final wildcard contestant. They each put their own spin on TLC‘s “Waterfalls” before Miss Cleocatra was forced to unmask and reveal herself as actress, singer and Walk of Fame honoree Jenifer Lewis. Watch her unmasking above.

“I took a long break,” she told host Nick Cannon during her unmasked interview. “When they called I said, ‘You know, I haven’t been on stage, singing for a long time.’ So I said, ‘Come on, let’s go!’ And it was fun! I had a blast!” To her fans watching at home she stated, “Do me a favor. You’re so young and you’re so beautiful, will you take care of yourselves? And be loving to one another. That’s what I want for you.”

Prior to Miss Cleocatra’s performance of “Free Your Mind” by En Vogue, she revealed in her clue packaged, “I really caused a storm last time. I was the cat’s meow. I’m thrilled to be here tonight to champion fierce girl groups. You know I had my gang of great women that shaped me. Starting with my own mother. She was a maid, so I didn’t have to be. But the best gift I ever got from her was her work ethic. It made me the hardest hustler in Tinseltown. Now all the brightest stars look to me, including Michelle Obama and her mother. I’m most proud of the little princesses who see me as their queen. I want them to know if they want to be supreme, free your mind! And work harder than anyone else. And thanks, Ma, for showing me that!” Visual clues included a snake, a domino with a 5 on it, and photos of Bette Midler and Whoopi Goldberg.

Lewis was the 10th celebrity unmasked this season following Kevin Hart as Book, Savannah Chrisley as Afghan Hound, Joe Bastianich as Spaghetti & Meatballs, Billy Bush as Sir Lion, Sisqo as Lizard, Colton Underwood as Lovebird, DeMarcus Ware as Koala, Charlie Wilson as Ugly Sweater and Kate Flannery as Starfish.
