Michelle Troconis Allegedly Said She Was 'Going to Kill' Jennifer Dulos, Called Her Derogatory Name

Michelle Troconis is on trial for allegedly helping her boyfriend, Fotis Dulos, cover up the 2019 murder of his wife and the mother of his five children, Jennifer Dulos

Michelle Troconis, who is accused of helping her late boyfriend cover up the murder of his wife, Jennifer Farber Dulos, in 2019, allegedly said she wanted to kill the mother of five after she vanished, a former employee of the boyfriend's testified this week.

Pawel Gumienny, 43, who worked for Fotis Dulos, said that in the days after Jennifer vanished from her New Canaan, Conn., home on May 24, 2019, Troconis made disparaging comments about the missing mom.

While talking to Fotis and Troconis, Gumienny testified that Troconis allegedly said, “I’m going to kill that f------ b---- when she turns up,” Court TV, the Associated Press and the Stamford Advocate report.

Trononis allegedly made the comment because she was upset that a picture of her daughter was posted online by the media after Jennifer's disappearance, he said.

Troconis has pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution.

Prosecutors believe that Fotis ambushed Jennifer in her home on May 24, 2019. Jennifer’s body has never been found. In October, a probate judge declared her officially deceased. Fotis died by suicide in Jan. 2020 shortly after he was charged with murdering her.

During Gumienny’s testimony on Monday, he said Troconis allegedly made hateful comments about Jennifer before she vanished.

Gumienny testified that when Fotis’ dog was dying, Troconis allegedly got upset because Jennifer wouldn’t let her children visit the dog, Gumienny testified.

He testified that he heard Troconis say to Fotis, “That b---- should be buried right next to this dog,” the Stamford Advocate reports.

On Monday, prosecutors told the jury that Troconis’ DNA was likely found on one of the garbage bags that Fotis was seen on video tossing in trash bins in Hartford.

Troconis’ attorney Jon Schoenhorn told reporters outside that just because her DNA was allegedly found on the bags doesn’t mean she touched it.

“Michelle was in a truck, with her boyfriend,” he said, News 12 Connecticut reports. “The fact that three or even 10 cells could have gotten on him when he got out and threw away those bags does not even suggest she ever touched one of those bags,” said Schoenhorn.

Surveillance video shows Troconis sitting in the passenger seat of Fotis’ black pickup truck as he pulled over on a busy street to dump the bags.

DNA consistent with Fotis’s and Jennifer’s DNA were found on the evidence inside the bags, the expert testified, NBC Connecticut reports.
