Meghan Markle and Prince Harry seemed to celebrate their sixth wedding anniversary the same way many couples do: with a nice dinner out. Tatler, People, and Entertainment Tonight report that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were seen on a double date Saturday, May 18. Their official anniversary was a day later on May 19.

Meghan and Harry joined their friends Brian and Tracy Robbins for dinner at Lucky’s steakhouse in Montecito, California. (Harry and Meghan were also photographed at the restaurant back in October 2020 while on a double date with Katharine McPhee and David Foster.)

Brian is the CEO of Paramount Pictures while Tracy is a fashion designer. She is close with Meghan and was one of the women to receive a package with Meghan’s American Riviera Orchard jam last month.

Meghan and Harry are fresh off their trip to Nigeria. They plan to travel more in the future, Harry told People while on the tour. It is hugely important for us to meet directly with people, supporting our causes and listening, in order to bring about solutions, support and positive change,” he said.

He added, “There’s only so much one can do from home and over Zoom, so we look forward to traveling more because the work matters. Whether it’s the Archewell Foundation, Invictus or any of our other causes, there will always be reasons to meet the people at the heart of our work.”

For Meghan, the visit to Nigeria “was incredibly memorable and special,” she told People. “That alone is the best souvenir to take with us—all the memories we’ve made.” She said she was particularly moved by the couple’s meetings with school children.

“I saw myself in them,” she said. “I see the potential in all of these young girls—and, by the way, in these young boys as well. It’s what we see in our own children [Lili and Archie]—to give them that promise and excitement for their futures.”
