To achieve the reverse eyeliner trend, apply your desired color liner to the bottom lash line. This creates a dramatic look and instantly brings attention to the focus area. In Fox's case, the upper eye area had a neutral color with the pop of color added to the lower lash applied non-traditionally to add more flair.
