Mary Cosby Posts Photo of Son After Allegations She Insulted Lisa Barlow’s Child

Well, this is interesting timing. As reports surfaced that Mary Cosby insulted Lisa Barlow’s 12-year-old son by calling him the R-word, the pastor and reality TV star took to Instagram to share a picture of her own son, Robert Cosby Jr. If this is what damage control looks like, then we’re all doomed.

Season 5 of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is currently filming, and an insider close to production claimed that Mary dropped the nasty slur during a “crazy fight” with Lisa. It’s not clear what they were arguing about that led her to insult Lisa’s son, Henry. Either way, it seems like Mary is sending a message with her latest Instagram post.

Mary is under fire…again

Mary, who rarely posts on social media, shared a selfie of her son, right around the time the news started surfacing of her alleged use of the R-word. In the caption, she wrote, My Beautiful Son!

Although Robert Jr. is all smiles and looks like an upstanding young citizen in this picture, previous photos of him tell a different story. In previous pictures he shared on Instagram, he was surrounded by pills, codeine syrup, and other illicit substances. Those pictures got deleted once he got busted by the cops for DUI and drug possession. Mother Mary had to come pick him up from the police station following his arrest. It was quite an unholy saga.

We’ll be keeping our eyes and ears open for more updates on Season 5 of RHOSLC as Lisa and Mary try to move past this horrible insult. The word on the street is that they have somehow already made amends. The cast is currently filming a vacation in Mexico, and no international incidents have been reported so far.
