Mark Wahlberg gave the world a little taste of what hard work looks like... and it looks good! The 48-year-old showed off his body transformation after a serious fitness commitment and his ripped physique impressed some of the world's most muscular celebrities. Wahlberg posted the thirst trap to his Instagram to celebrate the success of his workout regimen.
"Six months of Performance Inspired Nutrition, Aquahydrate, and F45 training!! Clean eating. Inspired to be better, team training / life changing. 🙏❤️🙏 @performinspired @aquahydrate @f45_training," Mark wrote in the caption of his post.
Celebs Can't Quench Their Thirst
Some of the biggest names in sports and fitness (and a rapper) acknowledged the incredible body transformation and praised the star in the comments of his post.
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, who is getting in shape after doing time, admitted he was impressed and said, "We got a Situation 👌🏼."
Fat Joe commented, "Best shape of your life 👑," while UFC fighter Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone gave his stamp of approval and grunted, "Ok !!!!🇺🇸."
Don't worry, he received the thirsty comments he was looking for from his stunned fans.
"Yes lawd💋," one follower declared while another wrote, "OHHHHHHHHHHH MAHHRKKK 😍😍😍😍."
What Does It Take To Look That Good?
It almost seems impossible but the closer Mark gets to the big 5-0 the better he looks but the buff action star admits that genetics alone will not make you shine. For those paying attention (trust us, we have been), Mark's progress has been well documented and even landed him on the cover of Men's Health Magazine back in August.
"Very excited to be part of something special @f45_training 💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥," Wahlberg wrote in the caption of his post.
He attributes his success the F45 Training, which is a "global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven" according to their website. Mark seems to be the celebrity guinea pig and has some sort of business relationship with the organization but who could argue with those results.
Dudes Are The Most Impressed
A lot of guys claim to hit the gym for the ladies but everyone knows that abs are to impress the fellas. Mark is no stranger to the "how much do you bench?" question and his muscles have been causing a reaction from famous dudes for a long time.
In August, Tom Brady joked that he wanted Mark to try out for the New England Patriots and commented, "We are looking for some skills players," on a different thirst trap photo.
Mario Lopez was proud of him for representing the over 40 club so well and wrote, "Show em what fellas in their 40's are all about."
Mark is a happily married man so we are sure he appreciates all the attention he gets no matter the source. Keep up the jaw-dropping work!
