'Love love love': Save your ears with Lululemon's comfy double-strap masks

Wearing a mask every time you're around people from outside your household is an important way to protect yourself and others. But, if you wear a mask on a regular basis, it can be seriously tough on your ears.
Now, Lululemon has a solution: The athletic apparel company is offering up double-strap masks. Unlike most other masks, the straps secure around the middle of your head and at the nape of your neck to help you get a tight fit—no ears involved! It's actually really similar to how an N95 mask fits, just in the more comfy consumer version.
The masks are $28 for a three pack, and come in a range of colors, from a pretty dusty bronze to dark olive to basic black.

The masks are made from super soft nylon and Lycra elastane for maximum comfort. They feature a center-front seam for shape and to help lift the whole thing away from your mouth, so no accidentally inhaling it in while you breathe.
The straps are adjustable to allow you to get that just-right fit. Just secure the top one around the back of your head and the bottom around the nape of your neck, and you're ready to go. When you don't need to wear a mask, you can let it hang down from your neck like a scarf.
These masks have a ton of fans. "I own eight of these masks already and they are the best. So comfortable I could wear it all day. It looks super elegant too," a five-star reviewer wrote. Another fan gives the masks props for being easy to wear for long periods of time. "The double back strap eliminate pain to ears that typical masks cause after extended use," they said. "The mask also has sealed seams which none of my masks have, for added protection. Love love love these masks."
Something else worth noting: Several reviewers said they like the masks because they don't interfere with hearing aids. "These masks work well, as they do not go around the ear but still fit snugly," a happy customer wrote.
Overall, though, the straps are a huge selling point. "I like not having strain on my ears," a reviewer said.
