Luann de Lesseps stuns fans in a bikini: 'Single life suits you'

Luann de Lesseps would like to remind you that she’s doing just fine.The 53-year-old Real Housewives of New York City star on Wednesday shared a clip of herself looking healthy and happy in a bikini during a visit to Miami for Art Basel.

In July, de Lesseps missed out on taping one of her show’s beloved reunion specials, because she had checked back into rehab for alcoholism. She initially sought treatment for her alcohol abuse after she was arrested for disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a law enforcement officer on Dec. 24, 2017, in Palm Beach, Fla.

The fact that she’s coming off a particularly hard time was not lost on commenters. In addition to the arrest, she and husband Tom D’Agostino split in August 2017 after seven months of marriage, and her two adult children and their father, Alexandre de Lesseps, sued her in July over a stipulation in their divorce settlement. Fans on social media overwhelmingly cheered on the reality star and her renewed focus.

Besides Housewives, de Lesseps is currently at work on the “Countess and Friends” cabaret tour. She’ll perform to a sold-out crowd on Dec. 19-20 in New York, and the tour continues nationwide through Aug. 25, 2019.
