Lovely Runner’s Byeon Woo-Seok on You Quiz on the Block: Release Date, Time & More

Lovely Runner actor Byeon Woo-Seok is all set to appear on the talk show, You Quiz on the Block, in May 2024. The superstar shares his experience filming the ongoing K-drama and how he rose to fame because of his role as Ryu Seon-Jae.

The You Quiz on the Block episode, starring Byeon Woo-Seok, will air on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 8:45 p.m. KST. The talk show will be broadcast on the YouTube channel of tvN. Before the Lovely Runner actor, hosts Jo Se-Ho and Yoo Jae-Suk will welcome Taean Girls’ Middle School Band Club KBZ and legendary pop star PSY.

On the show, Woo-Seok will open up about his K-drama, role, regrets, and family. For those unaware, he plays Seon-Jae in Lovely Runner. This character is a former swimmer and a K-pop idol of his band Eclipse. His love interest is Im Sol, played by Kim Hye-Yoon.

Lovely Runner star Byeon Woo-Seok is set to entertain his fans on You Quiz on the Block’s upcoming episode. In this show, the host, Jo Se-Ho, conveys fans’ requests to the actor where the fans want the actor to re-enact a popular scene.

In a preview trailer, Woo-Seok looks nervous before re-enacting the scene. He even forgets the dialogue, leaving the hosts laughing. Viewers will witness the re-enactment in the new episode on Wednesday.

The trailer further features Woo-Seok revealing his relationship with his father. He mentions that his family is close and often expresses love to each other. The star states that his father says, “Love you!” and kisses him daily. He wishes, “I want to receive my father’s love for the rest of my life.” When the host asks if he behaves the same with his elder sister, Woo-Seok responds, “Oh, I can’t do this to my sister (Laughs).”

In another preview clip, Woo-Seok also sheds light on his regrets. He mentions his previous living conditions with his grandmother and how he wanted to change them.
