Lisa Rinna isn't shy about showing off her body.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 60, took to her Instagram Stories on April 12 to show off her spray tan, but of course that meant she had to really show it off.

Yes, she stripped down nude (save for her cheeky black underwear) for the mirror selfie. To add a bit of modesty to her photo, she strategically placed star stickers on her breasts on Instagram.

"Oh and I got a spray tan last night for Miami," she wrote on the photo.

Rinna certainly loves a nude mirror selfie. She rang in 2024 with one — and she used Instagram's sparkler stickers to cover her breasts that time around. Unlike her most recent photo, though, that selfie was a full-frontal nude — there was no underwear to be found!

Rinna shared the same photo in a July Instagram Story upload explaining she drew inspiration from Schitt's Creek character Moira Rose.

“Moira Rose says you should take as many naked pics of yourself while you still can and celebrate it,” she said at the time, referencing the character played by Catherine O’Hara. “OK Moira.”

Rinna's latest nude comes on the heels of her admitting that her facial fillers were "not good" for her.

TikTok video posted by Nicole Smith, an aesthetic physician assistant known online as @lipsandlattes, analyzed Rinna's "overfilled look" caught the star's attention.

"The key with doing dermal fillers or Botox is to maintain your youthful look. Not to alter and change your appearance," Smith said in her April 11 video, also shared on Instagram. "They placed too much filler in the cheeks and midface. It completely throws off the full facial balance. With good injection techniques, your results should be undetectable."

Rinna saw the video and responded, "Skinvive is not for everyone, and it was not good for me. Luckily we could dissolve it today. Whew."
