Lisa Rinna Pitches Herself for Melrose Place Reboot

As former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna once said, “My advice to you, don’t hustle the hustler.” And she’s definitely been living up to her self-proclaimed hustler status. Ever since Lisa left RHOBH, her career has been on fire. Sitcoms, check. TV movies, check. Walking the catwalk, check. And now Lisa wants to add reboots to her list by making Melrose Place her next project.

Every actor’s dream is to stay booked and busy, and Lisa is living that life. She recently landed a role in the George Lopez sitcom, Lopez vs Lopez, as George’s love interest. Which is a lighter and more comedic role than her other acting gigs as of late.

Lisa has stayed true to her villain status on Beverly Hills by playing some not-so-nice characters. She starred in American Horror Story and the Lifetime movie, Mommy Meanest. She’s also taken the fashion world by storm and walked many a couture show in Paris. So, what’s next on the docket for Lisa?

If she had her way, her next project would be the upcoming Melrose Place reboot. People reported that Lisa would love to reprise her role as Taylor McBride. She said, “I haven’t been approached or anything, but I would love to see what Taylor McBride is up to 25 years later. Wouldn’t that be something?”

And unlike her time on RHOBH, Lisa had fun during her stint on the original Melrose Place. She shared, “I have to say that was one of my greatest and most fun acting experiences, playing Taylor and working with Heather and the whole crew.” Lisa added, “I mean, it was just a great, great experience… So if they need a Taylor McBride appearance, they know who to call. I’m around.”

With as busy Lisa has been, the producers of the Melrose Place reboot will need to book her ASAP. And fans of the original will for sure want to see Lisa back on the show!
