Whether it's actually your birthday or you just want to get drunk off of cake, sprinkles, and rosé - birthday cake mimosas are here for you.

All you need to make them is birthday cake ice cream, vodka, and sparkling rosé. Sprinkles and icing optional, but who would ever skip on sprinkles and icing? Here's exactly how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • Sparkling rosé

  • Vodka

  • Birthday cake ice cream

  • Icing

  • Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Dip a champagne flute into icing, and rim the glass with sprinkles.

  2. Add 1½ ounces of vodka.

  3. Add one scoop of birthday cake ice cream.

  4. Top off with sparkling rosé.
