They are given a house to live in exchange for Will’s labor at the farm. He is constantly triggered by the sound of helicopters flying over them and does not feel safe. Therefore, he leaves one day, and Tom is forced to follow.
Ben Foster is cast as Will while his daughter Tom is portrayed by Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie. Leave No Trace also features Jeff Kober as Mr. Walters, and Dale Dickey as Dale. Also starring are Dana Millican, Michael Prosser, and Derek John Drescher.
