Lamplight Theatre hosting “The Chosen” screening, new production in coming weeks

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — Kingsport’s Lamplight Theatre is gearing up to host a premiere for the latest season of “The Chosen,” plus its players are putting the finishing touches on a new production.

The theatre is performing “The Pilgrim’s Progress” in May.

Billy Wayne Arrington and Benjamin Valusek joined Good Morning Tri-Cities to discuss how you can enjoy the theatre’s latest offerings.

Local angler reels in 50-inch muskellunge on Nolichucky River

The screenings of the new “The Chosen” season will happen on April 26 and 27. That’s this upcoming Friday and Saturday.

“The Pilgrim’s Progress” runs from May 3 to May 26 on Fridays and Saturdays at 7 p.m.
