Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are officially done with their IVF journey.

Kourtney posted on her Instagram Story earlier this year about feeling like herself again after ending her IVF journey, but she made the life update Kardashians official in the Hulu series’ season 3 premiere, discussing her decision to stop the process with Khloé and in confessionals.

“We are officially done with IVF [in vitro fertilization],” Kourtney explained in her confessional about the subject (per People). “We would love a baby more than anything, but I really believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby, I believe it will happen.”

During the episode, Kourtney was very candid about her experience with IVF, explaining that she had “seven frozen eggs from years ago, before Travis” but adding, “Most of mine didn’t survive the thaw. Freezing of eggs isn’t guaranteed. It’s a misunderstanding.”

Kourtney reiterated that IVF “took a toll” on her (something she’s been open about publicly throughout much of the journey) and pointed out (rightly), “Being happy and being a good parent is most important. Whatever’s meant to be will be.”

Travis opened up about how difficult the couple’s IVF journey was for Kourtney in particular during an interview with GQ last year but said they made the decision to allow the Kardashians cameras to film it because they hoped to shed light on the struggles both men and women going through the IVF process face.

“If any of that can help people—seeing Kourtney’s journey through IVF, which is super hard for a woman. You saw her struggle with it and talk about it. That’s real,” he said at the time. “I don’t care if I’m c*mming in a cup or whatever. It’s real life. And there’s however many millions of dudes that have to go give their semen for this same procedure. So it’s, like, relatable, you know? I’ve never been fazed by any of that.”

It certainly doesn’t get much more real than that, Travis.
