Kim Porter died from lobar pneumonia, L.A. coroner confirms

Kim Porter‘s cause of death has been revealed two months after she died suddenly. The model and actress, who had three kids with longtime love Sean “Diddy” Combs, died from lobar pneumonia, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner revealed Friday. The manner of death was certified as natural.

Porter was found unresponsive in her Toluca Lake, Calif., home on Nov. 15 and was pronounced dead at the scene. She was 47. She apparently contacted her doctor the day before her death complaining that she wasn’t getting better.
