If anyone can bring back the bandage dress, it's Kim Kardashian. After all, she put the style on the map back in the early 2000s with her vast collection Hervé Léger dresses that she wore practically everywhere — from club openings to cocktail parties.

But over the years, Kardashian's style evolved and the bandage dress fell out of fashion, however, it appears as if it might be poised for a comeback. And who better to reintroduce it back into society than the bodycon queen herself? On Saturday, Kardashian made an appearance at the 10th annual Breakthrough Prize Awards at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, and for the occasion, she wore a skintight gown that had us feeling like it was 2007 all over again.

Kardashian's sexy white gown had a familiar mummified silhouette, as well as several new modern details that included a crisscross halter-neck, croc-embossed leather fabric, and tiny cutouts down the sides. A slit in the back revealed a pair of clear acrylic platform heels, while a diamond pinky ring rounded out her accessories. As for glam, the beauty mogul opted for a wet and wavy style, which she paired with ultra-glossy lips and feathered lashes.

At the event, Kardashian was joined by her mom, Kris Jenner, who was her daughter's sartorial opposite in a black skirt suit that consisted of a sheer mock-neck top with a keyhole cutout, a maxi-length pencil skirt, and a black blazer with a peplum waist and extra-long sleeves. She finished off her evening attire with diamond earrings and her signature pixie cut.
