Keke Palmer Celebrates ‘Being a Mom’ to a Toddler on Mother’s Day: ‘I’ll Do Anything for Master Leodis’

Keke Palmer is celebrating being a mother!

The Nope star, 30, shared several sweet photos and videos on Instagram of never-before-seen moments between her and her 14-month-old son Leodis (aka “Leo”), to celebrate Mother's Day.

Palmer started off the Instagram post with an adorable shot of the mother-son duo having fun as he holds a popsicle and picture of him playing with a toy truck while she slept next to him. Another photo showed the two lying down in a play pen, seemingly exhausted after some playtime.

The actress also shared a few pictures of Leo, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson, at her work. One picture showed her dressed up as a cop on on a movie set as she holds him, and another shot showed her hoisting him above her head during a photo shoot.

“Happy Mother’s Day to every and all mommies!” she captioned her post.

“I love being a mom more than I thought I would, and that was a lot already! I want a whole soccer team 🤣,” she said jokingly. “Children are the light of the world and my son is the centerpiece of mine. I’ll do anything for Master Leodis 😩😍🙏🏾🙌🏾💖🫶🏾.”

Several sweet home videos were also part of the Instagram carousel, including one where the proud mom sang a song to the toddler to try and teach him how to say “momma.” He could then be seen moving his diapered hips to the beat as Palmer laughed.

In another clip, the little boy laughed as a teddy bear with Palmer's voice sang, “Mommy loves you,” to him.

She concluded the post with a photo of herself holding him up during his first birthday celebration and the pair posing before heading into a “Dino Safari.”

For Easter this year, the Lightyear voice actress enjoyed marking the annual springtime holiday with a festive photoshoot.

"Happy Easter from me and my little boy and a Happy Resurrection Day," Palmer wrote on Instagram, posting a carousel of snaps of herself and her son as they wore matching white and pink ensembles.

"The love God has for Jesus, and the love I have for my son Leo, is a reflection of the love God has for me! It’s never ending," she continued. "The world can be cold but it’s the only place we can share in this human experience. And the love we have for our loved ones gives us an unbelievable will and excitement to survive and thrive."

"Leo my son, life is so much better with you in it! I’d live a thousand lives just to see your face 😍💘🙏🏾🫶🏾🐣🤍. God bless you all, wishing you the best," she added.

This past spring, Palmer told PEOPLE that life is “always a juggling act” as she navigates motherhood and her demanding career as an actress, musician and business owner.

“I do feel like being 30, it's put me in a different head space that's allowed me to kind of feel more observational about my life,” she said. “I'm not so in the weeds of everything. I'm really trusting and having faith that everything will work out as it should. I think so much of that peace has come from my son.”

Palmer, who is currently filming The Pickup in Atlanta, said that when Leo is with her on set, “People will be like, ‘Oh my gosh, he’s the cutest baby in the world.’ I’m like, ‘I know.‘ ”
