Thirteen years ago today, Kate Middleton and Prince William officially tied the knot at Westminster Abbey in London. And to celebrate their 13 years of marriage (I know, 13 years?!), the Prince and Princess of Wales are honoring their special day with a never-before-seen portrait.

In the black-and-white photo, the future king and queen smile happily as they pose together as newlyweds. Princess Catherine is seen rocking her beautiful ivory lace wedding gown designed by the one and only Sarah Burton, who previously worked for one of the royal princess’s go-to brands, Alexander McQueen.

In addition, the former Duchess of Cambridge is donning the iconic “Halo Tiara” (aka the “Scroll Tiara”) with a white veil and in her hands, she is holding her special bouquet, which features a sprig of Myrtle to honor a royal wedding tradition, per the official royal family website. Meanwhile, Prince William changed out of his red Irish Guards uniform (which he wore during the wedding ceremony) and can be seen sporting the black uniform of the Blues and Royals, according to People.

The caption read, “13 years ago today!”

Princess Catherine and Prince William also credited Millie Pilkington as the photographer behind the photo, who also took the newly shared portrait of King Charles and Queen Camilla. The portrait (posted on the royal family’s Instagram account last week) shows His and Her Majesty walking with their arms intertwined while surrounded by green foliage and flowers in bloom.

This previously unseen portrait of the Prince and Princess of Wales on their wedding day is a huge contrast to the photo they shared for their 12th wedding anniversary. This time last year, the royal couple shared a more casual photo of the two of them enjoying a romantic bike ride. And the caption read, “12 years [heart emoji].”

Wishing you a happy anniversary, Princess Catherine and Prince William!
