Kate Hudson flashes toned abs 7 months after giving birth: ‘Body is crushing’
It’s official: Kate Hudson’s “body is crushing.”
The actress, who just turned 40, shared a shot of her toned torso seven months after giving birth to her third child, daughter Rani.
While she described the mirror selfie as “weird,” a total of zero commenters found it to be so. The general consensus was more on the wowza side with reactions like “body is crushing,” “you GO girl,” “holy abs girlfriend” and — the ultimate compliment — “dream bod.”
Josh Brolin and his wife both commented as well. The Avengers: Endgame star wrote, “Favorite photo winner!!!”
Hudson and partner Danny Fujikawa welcomed their daughter in October. Soon after, she announced a partnership with Weight Watchers to help her meet her body goals. Of course, she admittedly had a great foundation, which is often on display in her Fabletics athletic wear campaigns.
However, Hudson never called it a “diet.” She told Yahoo, “Diet is a word I like to stay away from because I don’t think that allows or helps people really make lifestyle changes.”
Hudson is back at work on a movie at the moment. She’s making Blood Moon, writer-director Ana Lily Amirpour’s third feature, which is shooting in New Orleans and also stars Zac Efron and Craig Robinson. It’s a fantasy flick about a girl with “strange and dangerous abilities” who escapes from a mental asylum.
