Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Buy Beverly Park Mansion

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are already looking to expand their real estate portfolio. Variety reports that the pair recently purchased a sprawling mansion in the guard-gated Beverly Park community for $25.8 million, less than a year and a half after they dropped $8.5 million for their current Beverly Hills pad.

Their new home measures an impressive 11,145 square feet and features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms spread out across two floors. And though the house was originally built in the ’80s, its previous owner, a Dubai-based real estate developer, substantially upgraded the place under his ownership, so there are plenty of modern amenities fit for a pop star. Downstairs, a double-height grand foyer with checkerboard black-and-white stone floors opens onto a spacious living room anchored by a large black fireplace. The chef’s kitchen, dining area, and family room, all situated toward the back of the home, are a bit more open-plan, with entire walls of floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open out onto the sunny back patio.

Upstairs, the main suite is elegantly outfitted with its own sitting room and an entire wall of glass doors that open onto a private balcony overlooking the backyard and surrounding mountains. Of note in the spa-style main bathroom is the standalone deep-soaking tub, which boasts a unique chrome exterior, and which sits below a crystal chandelier for an extra touch of luxury. The celeb-friendly mansion also features a home gym, a movie theater with blue velour upholstery, and a covered loggia with an outdoor fireplace and lounge space. An infinity-edge swimming pool and spa, tennis court, and huge grassy lawn with unobstructed mountain views complete the home’s offerings. Bieber and Baldwin’s new neighbors will include the likes of Samuel L. Jackson and Magic Johnson.

Prior to their Beverly Hills and Beverly Park purchases, the singer owned a Tuscan-style mansion in Calabasas that he sold off to Khloé Kardashian for $7.2 million in 2016. The couple also own property in Bieber’s native Canada.
