Jim Carrey has slashed the price of his home of his longtime home yet again.

The Yes Man actor, 62, initially put his 10,954 sq. ft. Los Angeles estate on the market for $28.9 million in February 2023, but he has since reduced the asking price several times after failing to find a buyer. He first marked the property down to $27 million about two months after listing it. He later cut it a second time, in October 2023, to $24 million.

This week, he marked it down even further, to $21.9 million, for a total discount of $7 million.

Located in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood, the one-story home comes with five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and three half baths. The spacious property covers over two acres and features a tennis court, a waterfall pool, and an outdoor treetop platform for yoga and meditation, among other amenities.

Janelle Friedman of Sotheby's International Realty holds the listing.

Carrey declared that he was taking a break from his decades-long Hollywood career in April 2022 — nearly a year before listing his home — during an interview with Access Hollywood.

"I'm being fairly serious," he said. "It depends. If the angels bring some sort of script that's written in gold ink, that says to me that it's going to be really important for people to see, I might continue down the road. But I'm taking a break."
