Jill Duggar Dillard is looking back on her latest pregnancy that sadly resulted in the stillbirth of her daughter.

In an Instagram post Monday, Jill, 32, posted several old pictures of her holding her baby bump. In her caption, she included the hashtags “#bornintoheaven” and “#lovedforever.”

“🤰🩷The baby bump photos we were so excited to share, but didn’t get to before she was gone,” the caption read.

The first few slides in the carousel showed Jill in a long skirt cradling her bump and making a heart over her belly with her hands.

The post ended with an emotional image of the 19 Kids and Counting alum and her husband Derick Dillard holding a memorial item for the baby girl and a monogrammed blanket with her name on it: Isla Marie Dillard.

Earlier this month, the couple revealed their pregnancy loss.

"It is with heavy hearts that we announce the stillbirth of our beautiful baby girl, Isla Marie Dillard," the couple wrote in an April 15 post. "Jill was 4 months pregnant (due in August) when we found out that our baby died in utero."

"From the moment we found out we were pregnant, we couldn’t wait to meet our baby. Isla was much loved from the start, and her 3 big brothers were so excited to introduce her to their world."

The couple added, "We appreciate your prayers as we continue to grieve and heal from the loss of our little Isla Marie. 😭🩷."

Six days later, they laid their daughter to rest in a memorial service.

“🩷Isla Marie, our baby girl. We will love you forever & hold you in our hearts until we hold you in heaven. 🩷 Laid to rest 4.19.2024 #stillbirth #dillardbabygirl #islamarie #lovedforever” the couple shared in a joint Instagram post on Tuesday, April 23.

Several snapshots accompanied the message, sharing photos of items the couple had bought for the baby and details from the service.

The final video in the series showed an open white box with a note which read, “We will hold you in our hearts until we can hold you in heaven.”

Jill has continued to share photos from the memorial service and its aftermath on Instagram, most recently posting a photo of herself crying while holding the pink baby blanket.

"'I carried you for every second of your life, and I will love you every second of mine.' 1 week ago today we laid our baby girl to rest. We will love you forever Isla Marie! 😘❌⭕️❌⭕️" she captioned the post.
