Jennifer Tilly forgets who King Charles is, then says he was 'really into' her

Jennifer Tilly met the then prince 20 years ago.

Chucky isn't the only Charles who has been seduced by Jennifer Tilly's charm. She says King Charles, then Prince Charles, was as well, according to Tilly.

Tilly stopped by Watch What Happens Live on Monday, and host Andy Cohen asked Tilly about meeting the royal and making him laugh. "King Charles?" Tilly replied.

"Prince Charles," Cohen incredulously prodded.

"Oh! King Charles! Yes, yes," she said to laughter as the name clicked.

"I made him laugh, because, I said — first of all, he was really into me; I was like Barbra Streisand to him. You know when someone's into you," she said. "And he says, 'I'm sorry, I haven't seen any of your films because I'm so busy. I only see films on the plane.' And I said, 'When you see 'em on the plane, the best parts are cut out.'"

She continued, "It didn't occur to me, he flies on a private plane. On American Airlines, there's no naked parts, no planes crashing. All the really exciting parts are not there."

While the joke had everyone laughing, Cohen was most interested in the tidbit with which she led. "But he was into you?" he asked Tilly.

"He was into me. I could feel it. Maybe I could be the next Camilla," Tilly said, adding that the interaction took place about 20 years ago.
