  • Jenna Dewan is as strong as ever in a new Instagram photo dump that shows her pole dancing in fishnet tights and a bodysuit.

  • The dancer's toned legs and butt were on full display as she sported her skills, and she even gave fans a glimpse of her six-pack abs.

  • Aside from dancing, Jenna also enjoys doing Pilates and high-energy Instagram Live workouts with Isaac Boots to keep her body active.


Jenna Dewan is totally elevating her dancing skills right now, and she's got the Instagram post to prove it. In new videos, everyone gets a glimpse of Jenna's epically strong legs as they support her body on a pole. Meanwhile, she's just spinning around in midair. So, yes, in other words, she's pole dancing, and she's pretty dang good at it.

While showing off her moves, Jenna rocked a bodysuit, fishnet tights, and sky-high heels, and the whole thing was just seriously impressive. She even gave fans a glimpse of her washboard abs in some spicy lingerie in the final slide.

Jenna was posting the series of photos and videos to promote her new movie Let's Get Physical. "As you can see starring in this movie and bringing this character to life was fun, spicy and thought provoking…! 😜 i hope you guys have as much fun watching as we did making it! Let’s Get Physical Coming soooooon to @lifetimetv," she wrote in her caption,

Fans went wild in the comment section: "The strength! 🙌🏽 ," said one. "Amazingly talented and gorgeous!🔥🔥🔥," said another.

Jennifer Lopez's pole dancing coach, Johanna Sapaki, told Women's Health that the dance form Jenna's rocking is the ultimate full-body workout. “Everything is working in unison to create the movement,” Sapaki explained. “If your body works as a total package, you’re much more likely to be successful than if you rely on just one muscle group.”

Sapaki also explained why it's so important to have strong abs for this exercise: "Your core will help support the rest of your body, so your arms will simply have to do less work." Well, that's good encouragement to get those crunches in.

Jenna seems like she definitely works hard on her core. Maybe that's why she can make pole dancing look so easy!

And when she's not in the air, the actress loves Pilates.

Whether she's on a mat at home or practicing on a reformer in a class, she'll log three or four sessions a week. "It gets you fit so fast, and you just feel stronger,” Jenna told WH. “The dancer in me really likes it because it activates the same muscles in my core.”

Jenna also enjoys Instagram Live workouts with Isaac Boots, which combine cardio and strength in high-energy routines that Jenna calls "dancer wonderfulness." Sign me up!

In terms of her diet, Jenna loves her veggies. She eats a mostly vegetarian diet while following an 80/20 approach. That means she eats "healthy" foods about 80 percent of the time and indulges for the other 20 percent. Jenna also starts every morning with a smoothie made from spinach, romaine, celery, cilantro, parsley, apple, banana, and lemon, she told WH.
