Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright Argue Over Drinking Habits
Although Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor are in quite a valley in their marriage right now, the pair have been feuding since last summer.
During last night’s episode of their new Bravo spinoff, The Valley, Jax and Brittany opened up about the issues they were having with each other. After Brittany returned from a girls’ night with a hangover, Jax addressed his concerns on camera. “I don’t understand why you can’t go out and have a couple [of] drinks,” he said. “Why do you have to go out to the point where you have to throw up?” Brittany replied, reminding him he does the same thing. “That’s exactly what you do, too.”
Later, in his confessional with producers, Jax brought up his concerns about Brittany’s body. “I’m a little worried because not only is she my wife, she’s a mother, and we need you. If you keep this up, you’re gonna destroy your body. There’s other ways to have a good time. We live in California; you can smoke a joint. You can do other things.”

During the episode’s group scene, Brittany told her female co-stars about the last time she and Jax were intimate. “Everybody went around and said when’s the last time they had sex,” Brittany old Jax. “I said like a month and a half ago.”
Later, Brittany told her husband that she truly needed more from him. In fact, she told him to “step up the game” if he wanted to see different results. “You can at least try a little bit,” she said. “Make me feel sexy or something a little bit. It doesn’t make me feel like you’re attracted to me.”
She continued, telling her reality star husband that she’d like “more physical touch” and “words of affirmation.” You know, the Love Languages Jax and Jesse Lally refuse to learn about.
Before their conversation ended, the pair made a vow to stick it out until the very end. “That ‘D’ word does not exist in my family,” Jax said. “We don’t do that.” Brittany seemed to agree, saying, “I love you to pieces, and we ain’t going nowhere. We’re thick as thieves over here.”
We’ll see how this one continues to play out, especially with Brittany and Cruz splitting their time in a rental home away from Jax and his alleged angry outbursts.
