Jax Taylor Admits Kristen Doute Is ‘Really Good TV’

Jax Taylor’s new Bravo show, The Valley, has been full of explosive moments — and we’re only halfway through the first season. But believe it or not, Jax isn’t the one carrying most of the feuds and season’s biggest storylines (yet); it’s his Vanderpump Rules pal, Kristen Doute. The reality star appears alongside her boyfriend, Luke Broderick, and her friend, Brittany Cartwright. Also part of the cast are Jesse and Michelle Lally — with whom Kristen has had a lot of conflict. But according to Jax, it’s all for the good of the show.

Jax Taylor loves filming The Valley with Kristen Doute…

During an interview with Yahoo Canada, Jax dished on filming The Valley with his former VPR co-star. “I’ve got to be honest, I love filming with Kristen,” he said. “She’s just good. She’s quick [and] witty. [And] she can dance around certain subjects when she gets backed into a corner; she knows how to get out of it.”

The House of Villains continued, giving praise to Kristen for her ability to create must-see moments. “She’s just really good TV, and that’s who she really is. I go through my ups and downs with her,” he said.

But despite causing trouble, Jax showered Kristen with a lot of love. “I think she’s just an amazing person,” he said. “… she’s just an amazing person. I think she’s really good at what she does and I’m happy how far she’s come in life.”

“[Kristen has] done really, really well. … She’s a great little aunt to Cruz [and] a great friend to Brittany.” Overall, Jax believes she’s “just a good person.”

The Valley continues on Tuesdays at 9/8c.
