January Jones might just been the ultimate SPF queen this summer.
The 44-year-old posted some bikini pics on Instagram this weekend, stating that she was prepping for "pasty girl summer." And her abs and legs were looking seriously toned!
January is a huge fan of Lagree Pilates and puts her core to work doing headstands during her yoga workouts.
January Jones is ready for summer! In her latest Instagram post, the Mad Men star, 44, showed off her killer legs and abs in a black Fleur du Mal bikini. The suit featured a bandeau top and high-waisted bottoms with lace-up details and silver grommets on each hip. January is giving me major swimsuit inspo! She accessorized the whole look with black shades and layered gold medallion necklaces that pulled the whole thing together.

And as usual, she added a hilarious caption— this time, commenting on her fair skin. Instead of a "hot girl summer," she noted she was ready for a "pasty girl summer."
"Gonna be another pasty girl summer 🌞," she captioned the pics.
And her followers are loving her decision not to fry her skin in the sun. "YEEEESSSS. Gorgeous girls wear SPF 100000 🔥," one wrote. And another commented, "My favorite kind of summer!!"
January also modeled another swimsuit on her IG last month— a pink frilly one-piece that she called "hot granny." She took that moment to also comment on her pale complexion: "Also I realize I’m too pale to be in the sun but it’s morning and I’m headed straight inside," she wrote in the caption.
One way January gets her legs and abs so strong is through her yoga practice. In April 2021, she posted a series of pics of her private yoga session poolside with celebrity yoga instructor Kirschen that showed her doing an impressive full handstand. That takes some serious core and arm strength!
She also likes to hula hoop, and shared a tongue-in-cheek video of herself in April 2020 getting in a backyard workout using a weighted hoop.
Another workout she is super into: Lagree Pilates, a slightly slower version of regular Pilates.
"Two or three years ago I started doing barre classes, and after that I took regular private Pilates lessons. Then a friend told me about Lagree Pilates," she told Shape in February 2020. "I’ve been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle. I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked."
As for her diet, January told Shape she drinks a glass of celery juice every day (which she says has improved her energy, digestion, skin, and sleep), followed by coffee, vitamins, and a banana to-go before Lagree. After her workout, she eats a MacroBar. By lunchtime, she usually opts for soup, salad, or a sandwich.
And she also makes sure not to restrict herself when it comes to her food selection. "I don’t deprive myself of anything. If I want something—steak, a bagel—I’ll eat it," she said. "There’s no diet or strict set of rules."
In February 2022, January shared a video of herself celebrating her birthday with an iced panettone cake and chocolate cake.
