Jade and Tanner Talbot Are Pregnant
A new addition to the Bachelor family is on its way. On Wednesday, Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants Jade Roper and Tanner Talbot announced they are expecting their first child together. In an interview with In Touch magazine, Tanner revealed that after taking an at-home pregnancy test, the couple discovered the good news. Tanner said, “Jade cried a little bit. I was just really excited.”
The couple, who met and got engaged after starring on ABC's Bachelor in Paradise, and were later married in January of 2016, posed for photos and showed off Jade’s growing bump during their exclusive photo shoot for In Touch.
Jade told the mag that she is currently 13 weeks along, but they have already begun to plan for the baby’s arrival. “If the pregnancy is low-risk, I would love to have an at-home water birth, but Tanner’s a little concerned," she said
And while there seems to be no sign of an official baby announcement on their social media accounts, Jade did Instagram this picture one day ago with the caption, "So many beautiful reasons to be happy."
Jade and Tanner will be joining an exclusive club of Bachelor alums who settled down and had kids. That includes Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried, Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum, Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici, and of course the OG Bachelor family of Trista and Ryan Sutter. And yes, after 33 seasons of The Bachelor and its various spin-offs, these are the only married couples.
