History often repeats itself, and Ja Rule believes that Drake is going through an ordeal that he is very familiar with. The Queens rapper commented on the recent collective efforts to take down the Toronto superstar.

“20V1 I can relate…” he wrote with a laughing emoji on X, formerly known as Twitter, this past Saturday (April 20). He was quoting Drizzy’s line from his recent diss track “Push Ups” where he dissed Kendrick Lamar, Future, Metro Boomin, Rick Ross, The Weeknd, Ja Morant, and more.

While there may be some truth to the “Always On Time” artist’s claims, given the fact he feuded with 50 Cent and G-Unit as a whole, fans weren’t going to let him get away with this comment without reminding him of the help he got or how the beef turned out. “You was part of the 20 and still lost,” one user wrote. “Weren’t you on a song with 100 ni**as all dissing 50?????????????” another used asked.

Ja Rule didn’t respond to any of the jokes thrown his way except for one in particular. One fan joked that 50 Cent had him “seeing 20,” and the father of three countered by saying G-Unit filed for an order of protection against his former label Murder Inc. The fan doubted the claim, and Rule pulled up a screenshot from a HipHopDX article where former G-Unit member Bang ‘Em Smurf confirmed the order of protection to be real.

Despite the fact his feud with Fif is still a constant topic to this day, the Scary Movie 3 actor believes that Hip-Hop is stronger when everyone is united. “Hip hop is a family,” he wrote in another tweet. “And no one wins when the family feuds!!! Don’t let that go over your head… #hiphopvseverybody.”

Ja Rule’s experience and veteran status make this a salient message, though he is far from innocent when it comes to his ongoing feud with the “In Da Club” rapper. They both trade their fair share of jabs to this day. And it’s hard to imagine Drake and his current enemies will be swayed by a tweet, given where that beef has gone in the last few weeks.

Most recently, the 6 God dropped two diss records. The first, “Push Ups” leaked online earlier this month before he officially added it to streaming services. It featured the For All The Dogs rapper addressing everyone who has dissed him on Future and Metro Boomin’s latest albums We Don’t Trust You and We Still Don’t Trust You, namely Kendrick Lamar, Future, and The Weeknd.

The second diss song, “Taylor Made Freestyle,” was released exclusively via Instagram and Twitter. He focused his energy on Kendrick Lamar and used A.I. vocals of Tupac and Snoop Dogg, two of K. Dot’s idols, to make the diss hit even harder.

Throughout the records, Pac questions if the Compton rapper is fit for this type of beef, Snoop says he isn’t gangster, and the “First Person Shooter” rapper continues to imply that Lamar has to defer to Taylor Swift any time he wants to release. Listen below.
