Ivar provides some clarification.

On May 16, WWE announced that Ivar was injured and out indefinitely after Gallus attacked him on WWE NXT. Andrews Sports Medicine also tweeted about Ivar trusting in Dr. Andrew Cordover to help him achieve victory over injury. Meanwhile, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that he had been given some time off because he was working so hard. However, Fightful Select reported that the injury was not a work, though the severity was not known.

In a tweet, Ivar addressed the situation and clarified that he is injured, it is serious, and he has not had surgery. He stated that he was trying to figure out his options and what this means for his future.

The WWE RAW star then wrote that he owed it to everyone who has believed in him to get back in the ring. He said he would see everyone as soon as he could.

In another post, Ivar thanked everyone for their support.

WrestleZone wishes Ivar well in his recovery, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
