When it comes to Fashion Week, TikTok influencer Remi Bader is selective about who she supports. Truthfully, she's selective all year round — she wants to champion brands and designers who are putting in the work to be size inclusive and who feature mid- and plus-size bodies in campaigns and on runways. This season, she made every effort to show up and show out for her favorite inclusive brands — and she took PEOPLE along for the ride. Starting Off with a Bang

"It was really refreshing to start the week off with a show that showcased different body types. Victoria’s Secret is open to learning and growing as a brand and I'm proud to be a brand ambassador and size consultant for Victoria Secret Pink. It was a little out of my comfort zone to wear this sheer Jean Paul Gaultier dress with VS lingerie underneath but when at the Victoria's Secret fashion show…!"

"For accessories, I kept it simple, and my glam team crushed it with the glowy makeup look by Ana Siguenza and an elevated high bun by Dina DiPietro. Watch me get ready for the show here."

Getting Ready for Forever 21 x Barneys New York

"This glam by Hailey Hoff and DiPietro was one of my favorites this week for the launch of the Forever 21 x Barneys New York fashion collection. I was so excited to support this partnership as their sizing for this goes up to a 4X, which is always exciting. The event was at Chillhouse and they offered massages, manicures and of course some much needed coffee and snacks, which helped me after my 6 a.m. wakeup call. Then I headed to L’AGENCE…."

"I stopped by L’AGENCE and saw the wonderful Tara Rides Dann (partner of L’AGENCE). I loved the collection! I newly realized they go up to size 18 and have been loving wearing them lately."

"This was a fashion risk for me — I don’t normally wear short, minidresses but I loved how I felt in the dress I wore to the Christian Siriano SS24 runway show! I always enjoy my fittings with Christian because he really always delivers..and makes me laugh."

"I sat next to Tefi Pessoa and Madeleine White who made the night even more fun. I used to work as an assistant downstairs  in the same building where the DFR Awards were held, 30 Rock, and it was definitely a 'pinch me' moment!"

"HighSnobiety was so much fun! I had a long day, but it was nice to unwind with friends and spend some time with Fiona Sainty from Estee Lauder and of course my always supportive boyfriend."

"I will never pretend I enjoy the actual process of getting hair and makeup done, but the final results are always worth it. There is nothing like feeling stunning and fashion show-ready in beautiful glam and an outfit that not only looks good, but also fits!. My glam team (Natalie Dresher on makeup and Frankie Calire on hair) crushed this look and got me ready for the Tommy Hilfiger brunch on Sunday, Sept 10."

"I felt so good and confident in this Tommy look. They took the extra time and care at my fitting to make me feel heard and special. For this look, the Tommy team not only had my sizes, but took two of their skirts I liked, deconstructed them, and made me this custom skirt. Not only that but they also created a matching denim jacket."

"This outfit was a custom 'one of one' and I am so appreciative to the Tommy team! They’ve always worked with me on sizing and inclusivity and I’ve loved to see their continued progress throughout the years. I also made a TikTok of me getting into the fit here."

"I make sure to only go to fashion shows that either showcase mid/plus models in the show and for designers who will go one step further to dress a plus-size girl like me. One of the most important parts of my Staud look was the accessories! I decided to pair this dress with blue shoes and a sleek black bag to complement the colors in the dress, also from Staud. I also love a long braid moment thanks to my hairstylist Calire."

"Fashion Week is seriously a whirlwind! After attending the Staud SS24 show, I swung by an exclusive NYFW dinner hosted by the amazing designer and my dear friend Michael Costello. He's not just a talented creator, but also an advocate for size inclusivity in fashion — that's why he's got my full support!"
