There are rumors circulating that Madelaine Petsch has found love again following her split with Travis Mills in February 2020. The Riverdale actress is reportedly dating Olympic fencer Miles Chamley-Watson and, let me tell you, he is a hunk and a half. So, while you wait for official confirmation about this new couple, read on to check out everything you need to know about Miles.

1. He's an Olympian

Miles competed in both the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics, earning a bronze medal in the latter. It's unclear if he will be competing in the Summer Olympics in Tokyo this year, but it seems like he is working towards qualifying for the US team.

Miles is also a two-time World Champion and he made history as the first American and first man of color to win the title.

2. He was born in London.

Despite being on the US Olympic team, Miles was actually born in London. His family moved to the US when he was 8 years old and he grew up in New York City and Philadelphia. I know what you're wondering, yes, he does have a British accent.

3. He's outspoken about causes he cares about.

Miles uses his platform to speak out about issues he cares about like the Black Lives Matter Movement. He often opens up about what it's like to be Black in a sport dominated by mostly white athletes. "I will continue to put the port I love on my back for my people and continue to diversify and change my sport," he wrote in a post on Instagram.

4. He began fencing to keep him out of trouble.

In an Instagram post from June 2020, Miles revealed that he was "a troubled kid from London" and he was told to choose between fencing, tennis, and badminton as a punishment. "When I started I knew immediately I wanted to do something nobody has done," he wrote. "Nobody looked like me, nobody had achieved the highest level. People made fun of me, tried to bully me, but I knew what I wanted."

In another post, he shared a photo from his first win when he was just 11 years old. "This was the first year I didn't spend everyday in the principal's office because I found fencing," he said. "Fencing changed my life."

5. He reportedly moved to Vancouver for Madelaine.

According to the Daily Mail, Miles moved his training from LA to Vancouver to be closer to Madelaine as she films Riverdale season five and he now even lives in the same building as her.

6. He's friendly with the rest of the cast.

Miles has been seen hanging out with the rest of the Riverdale cast a lot over the past few months. He even spent Canadian Thanksgiving with some of them in Vancouver.
